CIP System

Clean In Place system for automatically cleaning and sanitising the production lines. The system is executed with three tanks: pre-rinse, detergent and final rinse.

The final rinse water post cleaning is transferred to the pre-rinse tank, in order to reduce water usage and reduce fresh water costs.

The system is fully automated and incorporates a data logging system that stores data about the cleaning process, for quality control and certification purposes. The CIP system comes skid mounted complete and ready to connect to the process and prepared for direct use.
