Optimal use of space, specifically adapted to your needs
The KOMA “IBF” (Industrial Blast Freezer -18°C / -38°C) blast freezing tunnel transports your products into our deep-freeze storage units (-18°C / -28°C), and from there either into the CDS SunRiser fully automated fermentation unit (-20°C / +40°C) or into our recovery/slow recovery units (-20°C / +20°C). An area for natural cooling (+2°C / +8°C) is also provided in KOMA combination units.
