With the powerful RiceTop all rice products can be cooled quickly and efficiently; sushi rice (to approx. 30°C or 86°F) within 5 – 10 minutes, sushi rolls (to 5°C or 41°F) within 10 – 15 minutes and other rice & noodle products from 90°C to 5°C or 194°F to 41°F within 15 – 20 minutes. The glycol cooling system ensures fast cooling. Equipped with a wireless temperature control and controlled aeration, for obtaining a perfect rice grain!
